Where the STET Portal requires candidates to provide personal information, the information will be collected only for specified purposes related to STET registration, application processing, examination administration, communication, verification, payment processing, and other services associated with the examination. The personal information provided by candidates through the STET Portal will not be sold or disclosed to any unauthorized third party. Information may, however, be shared with authorized government departments, agencies, service providers, payment gateways, or other entities where necessary for the administration of the STET examination or where required or permitted under applicable laws, rules and Government directions.

The Education Department, Government of Sikkim, reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable laws, Government policies, security requirements and changes to the STET Portal.
